Today’s tips are on two apps that allow you to integrate any app or internet connected device to automate tasks and ultimately save your time.
There are many tasks that can/should be automated. As well as many things that should just happen automatically to make your life/business run more smoothly and easier.
Zapier is an easy way to automate complex tasks. Zapier moves info between your web apps automatically, so you can focus on your most important work.
Zapier has both a free and paid plan, but I would say that their paid plan is worth it. It allows you to have multi-step “zaps” so you can connect two apps that have multiple steps and triggers to accomplish the task you are looking to accomplish.
There’s no need to worry about complex API integrations, it is all just a simple user-friendly interface.
IFTTT stands for “If this then that”. So basically you have a trigger that then makes something else happen.
IFTTT is more about automating your personal life rather than business tasks, but that doesn’t mean you can’t accomplish business task automation.
Between these two apps, IFTTT and Zapier, any of your internet connected apps and devices should be covered. Then it is just up to your creativity to figure out what you can automate. Check them both out and browse through some of the pre-created popular automations.
